The Peace That Prevails

When the World is Loud, Find the Stillness Within

There is a specific kind of noise that starts the moment our eyes open. It isn’t always the sound of traffic or the news; often, it’s the internal noise of "to-do" lists, yesterday’s regrets, and tomorrow’s anxieties.

But here is the truth we often forget: Peace isn't the absence of noise; it's the presence of God.

In John 14:27, Jesus says, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives." The world gives peace only when everything is going well. God gives peace even when the storm is still raging.

Surviving vs. Prevailing

Many of us spend our days just trying to survive the next hour. But you were created for more than just survival. You were created to prevail.

To prevail means to be victorious, to overcome, and to be of greater strength. That strength doesn't come from your morning coffee or your own willpower—it comes from the stillness found in His presence.

When you start your day in that haven, the "noise" of the world loses its power over you.

I’ve created something special for you today. On our new YouTube haven, Prevailing Life, I’ve shared a guided prayer specifically for those mornings when your heart feels heavy.

I invite you to stop reading for a moment, click the video above, and breathe. Let these words soak into your spirit.

What is the one "noise" in your life right now that you need to hand over to God so you can truly prevail today?

Waiting on God? Here’s What to Do

Alright, be honest—have you ever felt like God wasn’t listening? Like you keep praying, keep asking, but all you get is silence ? And I need you to hear me on this— God’s silence doesn’t mean He’s absent. 1. Is God Ignoring You? Nope, Not A Chance. Let’s clear this up: God isn’t ignoring you. He hasn’t walked away. Think about Jesus on the cross. He cried out, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?" (Matthew 27:46). If even Jesus felt moments of silence, then yeah—it’s something we all go through. But was God really gone? No way. God was working through that silence , setting up the greatest victory the world has ever seen. đź’¬ Have you ever felt like God was silent, only to later realize He was working all along? Drop your testimony—I want to hear your story! 2. Feelings vs. Truth—Which One Wins? Let’s be real—when God seems ...

WALKING IN GOD’S FAVOR — Part 2

10  Powerful Ways to Partner With God’s Favor In Part 1, we uncovered what God’s favor truly is: divine empowerment, unmerited kindness, and the unmistakable mark of God’s approval. Living in God’s favor is about living intentionally—surrendering, stewarding your purpose, and giving God something to bless. You don’t stumble into favor—you step into it by faith.   Now that we understand the immense power of favor, you're probably asking: How can I access it in my own life? While favor is a gift, there are principles we can apply and a posture we can adopt to become magnets for blessing. In this post, we’ll talk about how to partner with that favor through intentional living and a heart set on God’s purposes.   1.
