When you understand the power of the knee, the next question is simple:
How do I actually fight my battles on my knees?
Prayer is not only a moment — it is a weapon.
It is not only communion — it is warfare.
It is not only fellowship — it is divine strategy.
This is where your daily victories are won.
1. Come to God With a Surrendered Heart
Before you speak a word, God looks at the posture of your heart.
“Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, and He will lift you up.” — 1 Peter 5:6
Kneeling is first an act of humility.
It is acknowledging that you cannot win in your own strength.
When you kneel, you are saying:
“Lord, I depend on You.”
“Lord, I cannot fight this alone.”
“Lord, take over.”
That heart posture opens heaven.
2. Start With Worship — It Disarms the Enemy
Before you talk about the battle, worship the One who can win it.
Worship shifts your focus from the storm to the Saviour.
“Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise.” — Psalm 100:4
Worship enlarges God in your eyes and shrinks the enemy.
Sometimes your victory is not in what you ask — but in the God you acknowledge.
3. Pray the Word — Scripture Is a Spiritual Sword
Praying your own words is good.
Praying God’s words is powerful.
“The sword of the Spirit… is the Word of God.” — Ephesians 6:17
When you pray scripture, you are fighting with heaven’s language.
Here are Scriptures for different battles:
When afraid:
“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?” — Psalm 27:1
“Fear not, for I am with you.” — Isaiah 41:10
When confused:
“I will instruct you and teach you.” — Psalm 32:8
“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD.” — Psalm 37:23
When tired or drained:
“Those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31
When attacked spiritually:
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17
“Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7
When seeking a breakthrough:
“Call unto Me, and I will answer you.” — Jeremiah 33:3
“Ask, and it shall be given to you.” — Matthew 7:7
Scripture gives your prayer precision.
